NOTIFICATION OF TENDER CANCELLATION FOR TENDER NUMBER: MRA-FDOC012.0— 2025/2026: PROVISION OF INTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES FOR THREE (3) YEARS

This letter refers to the subject matter above and serves as a formal correspondence to inform bidders of the cancellation of Tender Number MRA-FDOC-012.0-2025/2026.

The technical evaluation cutoff point was set at 60% and following evaluation, no bidder achieved the minimum threshold of 60% scored. BoMRA has since reviewed and will issue a revised bidding package with realistic, market-informed requirements.

Botswana Medicines Regulatory Authority (BoMRA) appreciates all the time and effort that has been dedicated to this invitation and sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience that this cancellation may have caused.
