Framework Contract for the Provision of Evaluation Services for Human Medicines for a Period of Five (5) Years

Bidders are invited for the Provision of Evaluation Services for Human Medicines for the Medicines Regulatory Authority (BoMRA) for a period of Five (5) years.

The Procuring Organisation is Medicines Regulatory Authority (BoMRA) and this tender is an open domestic tender, i.e. all qualifying companies domiciled in Botswana are eligible to tender.

Bidders must, in order to be considered for the award of the contract:
1. Be registered with PPRA under the relevant of Code 317- Other Consultancy Services; Sub Code: ( Health Services. This applies to registered companies only but not to individual consultants.
2. Have a valid and appropriate Tax Clearance Certificate or an Exemption thereof;
