Overview
The Board discharges oversight through three standing governance committees: the Governance and Nominations Committee (GNC); the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee (FARC); and the Human Resources Committee (HRC). Three technical advisory committees — Registration, Pharmacovigilance Advisory (PVAC), and Licensing and Enforcement (LEC) are constituted under the MRSA.
BOCRA regulates telecommunications services in Botswana to ensure fair competition, affordable services, and universal access. The Authority monitors quality of service, approves tariffs, manages spectrum, and oversees interconnection agreements between operators.
