Governance Framework
BoMRA operates under a comprehensive governance framework
Overview
BoMRA operates under a comprehensive governance framework designed to ensure accountability, transparency, and effective regulatory oversight in line with its statutory mandate. Governance at BoMRA is not only about compliance; it is a strategic enabler, ensuring that regulatory decisions are made with integrity, consistency, and in the public interest.
In keeping with the theme of building on foundational strengths, reaching for excellence, and bridging the path to global pharmaceutical regulatory excellence, BoMRA has strengthened its governance systems to support organisational resilience, regulatory credibility, and readiness for emerging challenges, including the implementation of the cannabis regulatory framework
